"Saoirse" Christopher
Saoirse is a 8 year old Border Collie. Saoirse was diagnosed with lymphoma in August of 2009. He was lucky enough to have a "Fairy dog-mother" who was willing to help pay for his chemotherapy treatment. He went into remission within the first week of treatment. He had very little side effects (a couple bouts of diarrhea that lasted just a couple days each time) during his 13 week course of treatment. Otherwise he was full of energy and you would never have know he was undergoing chemotherapy. After his treatment his did have some hair loss, but once again was not very noticeable due to his previous very thick hair coat. Saoirse is doing great and is still in remission today playing and loving life like nothing happened! We love you Saoirse.
"Clyde" Wendt
Clyde is a Doxie who had suffered a back injury (a slipped disk) and was paralysed in his rear legs. He recieved acupuncture weekly, and within 2 months he was walking again without any assistance or medication. We are so proud of Clyde!
